The fee for legal services is EUR 150 per hour of work. Clients are informed in advance of the estimated time required to perform individual legal tasks.

The hourly rate applies to all legal services provided, particularly in-person consultations, the advocate's participation in legal proceedings and other legal acts, whether accompanied by the client or acting independently, the preparation of legal documents and submissions, as well as the examination of case files and other documents.

The fee is final. Clients are not charged separately for the law firm's ordinary expenses, such as office supplies, postage, travel expenses or parking fees. Clients are additionally responsible only for expenses payable to third parties, such as court and administrative fees, expert opinions or other similar costs associated with their legal case.

The agreed hourly rate remains unchanged for each client. Any future increase in legal fees will not affect clients who have already agreed on an hourly rate.
